Come join us in a unique learning community where you can share, learn, and grow with a select group of leaders. These leaders come from a variety of companies and industries around the country. At Leaders' Forum we work at becoming more effective in dealing with human system issues such as leadership, communication and change.
Leaders' Forum is a break from the usual conferences, seminars, and vendor shows where someone is selling the "one right answer." The people we invite are real leaders, like you, with something special to contribute--their experience and a passion for learning.

How Leaders' Forum Is Organized:
The agenda and schedule for the week are not pre-planned. On the first night immediately following a welcome supper, Wayne and Eileen Strider provide a flexible structure and process to get things started. Using the structure and process Forum participants create a schedule of sessions for the week. The resulting schedule is a living schedule and adapts to meet the changing needs of the participants during the week.
One way forum participants share their knowledge, experience, ideas, and concerns with each other is by leading informal sessions. Sessions are typically one hour forty-five minutes. A "session" may be a discussion group, an exercise or simulation, a presentation, or some other format that encourages group participation and sharing of ideas. A session topic may be one that a participant wants to learn more about, or one that he/she has some expertise to share with others. It is not necessary to be an expert on a topic to lead a session. Wayne and Eileen also lead sessions.
A Unique Opportunity Makes Leaders' Forum Different from Other Conferences and Workshops. You will have the unique opportunity to work on a specific leadership challenge with which you struggle. Wayne and Eileen bring a large variety of tools to help you explore your challenge in terms of its origins, effects, solution strategies, and resources available to you. You will choose either Wayne or Eileen to help you apply the tools. While you explore your challenge the other participants will support you. As you learn, they also learn from the experience through observation and support.
In the spirit of maximizing participants' value from Leaders' Forum, we count on each participant to lead a session or work on a specific leadership challenge. Participants can lead as many sessions or do as much specific work as time permits.
